The proceedings of the SFSM 2013 will published in the "Mitteilungen aus Lebensmittel- und Umweltchemie", "Travaux de chimie alimentaire et environnementale" respectively. The Publication is planned for autumn 2013.
The SFSM was organized by the Association of the Cantonal Chemists of Switzerland (VKCS) and the Swiss Society for Food and Environmental Chemistry (SGLUC). If you are not already member of the SCLUC it's time to change that lack yet. Become member of the SGLUC!
